I will provide my services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website or use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions (this is why I urge you to read them carefully). Before you continue using this website, I advise you to read the privacy policy below regarding the user data collection.
When you place an order through the site, I will maintain your order information for my legal records unless and until you ask Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. to delete this information. This information will not be sold or used for any purpose other than taxes.
Communications
The entire communication with Revival Crystals and Herbs is electronic at the moment. Every time you send an email to RevivalCrystals@gmail.com or visit this website (RevivalCrystals@gmail.com), you are going to be communicating with me. You hereby consent to receive communications from me. If you subscribe to the news on my website, you may receive regular emails from me. I may continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on my website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that I provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing. If you would like to OPT OUT of future emails after an account is already made, please send me an email and I will do my best to take you off of the mailing list.
License and state access
I grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it in any way shape or form. This may be done only with written consent from myself. You are not allowed to use content on this website for any advertising of your own.
User accounts
If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your user account details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities and fees that occur under your account.
Revival Crystals and Herbs reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion. This may happen if an account is being abused or if I see fit. I have a zero-tolerance policy and will not tolerate bullying, hate speech or negativity.
Live video purchases
There will be times where I use other networks to do live videos under my legally owned business name of Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. If you decide to watch and/or make a purchase(s) in this live show, you are agreeing with all of listed terms and conditions on my website as well. You are responsible for all fees to Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C that are incurred while ordering from live videos. Within 24 hours of making the purchase, you are responsible to pay your invoice sent to your email that you provided to me. Again, I have a zero-tolerance policy, and if your balance remains unpaid for over 48 hours, I will cancel your order and it may impact your ability to participate in my live video purchasing in the future.
After my live video ends, please send me a personal message with your email. I will create an invoice for you and send it via my business PayPal (Revivalcrystals@gmail.com). There you will find instructions on how to pay your bill, up to and including credit card transactions.
Comments, reviews and emails.
Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content must be free of software viruses, political campaign and commercial solicitation.
I reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant Revival Crystal and Herbs L.L.C. non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any form of media, including social and advertising.
Damage/Liability waiver
Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. ensures all packages that are being sent to the customers are put together with the upmost care, and any mishandling of package during delivery process are of no fault of the company. Once packages are scanned and in possession of the designated shipping authority, Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. no longer is liable for any damages made to the package or missing items during transition. To make a claim, please use the contact page on my website, or email: RevivalCrystals@gmail.com NOTE: All claims will be reviewed and processed within 30 business days based on the date of the claim.
Waiver of liability
By purchasing products from Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. you agree that you fully understand and agree to the following Release of Liability, and Terms and Conditions. I acknowledge, attest, agree, and represent as follows:
This Customer Waiver & Release of Liability and subsequent Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and its validity and effect (including any claims for breach of any of the terms thereof) shall be governed by the law, and this Consumer Waiver and Release of Liability and subsequent terms and conditions contains the entire understanding and the agreement of the parties hereto and supersedes all other written and oral exchanges, arrangements or negotiations among them, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.
I do hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C., its affiliates, owners, vendors, operators, agents, and employees from any and all liability associated with the above representations and agreements. In addition, I agree to Release, Discharge, Defend, and Indemnify against any and all liability, whether caused by willful or negligent conduct, Revival Crystals and Herbs L.LC., its affiliates, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claims, actions, and liabilities for injury (including death), illness and allergies incurred by any product samples provided by Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. This release shall extend to and include any person/entity acting through or on our behalf.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of The United States of America and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. In that situation, you agree for me to use your personal information in that matter.
