SHIPPING/POLICIES

At Revival Crystal and Herbs I pride myself in getting your package from my office to your home as soon as possible. Upon shipping, a tracking number is generated and will be forwarded to the email used in your order checkout within 24 hours of your package being shipped. It is then the customers responsibility to keep account of all tracking information. Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. will not be responsible for tracking customer orders. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Once the package tracking has read “Delivered”, Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. no longer assumes any responsibility for lost or stolen packages: with the exception of a confirmation of the wrong shipping address being placed on the package by Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. At which point, a claim may be filed by the customer by emailing Revivalcrystals@gmail.com. (If this happens, please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.)
