Domestic Shipping

At Revival Crystal and Herbs I pride myself in getting your package from my office to your home as soon as possible! Upon shipping a tracking number is generated and will be sent to the email used to checkout your order within 24 hours of your package being shipped. It is then the customers responsibility to keep account of all tracking information. Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. will not be responsible for tracking customer orders. Once the package tracking has read “Delivered”, Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. no longer assumes any responsibility for lost or stolen packages: with the exception of a confirmation of the wrong shipping address being placed on the package by Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. At which point, a claim may be filed by the customer by email to: Revivalcrystals@gmail.com.

Damaged goods and return policy

 

I will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery of the item to the customer only if the item is unused and in it’s original condition. I will refund the full order amount in store credit minus the shipping costs for the return. Once I have received your return in the exact condition in which it was sent out, I will issue an individual store credit code for you to use on this website (Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C.). In that case, I will reach out via email and send you a code that you can use for that amount towards your next purchase that does not expire.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please file a claim with me as soon as possible through my contact page on my website or by email listed on the contact page. Please include your order number, photos of the items condition, and a photo of the shipping packaging. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a solution that fits. I do not make guarantees that I will have replacement items of the same materials in stock.

Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C. does not issue cash refunds; all refunds are in store credit only. All refunds are a case-by-case scenario, and there may be some instances that require a restocking fee of 15% off of your total amount purchased. Purchaser will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send the item(s) back to Revival Crystals and Herbs L.L.C.
